Stylin' Babies and Valencia's Prize!

The Babies Are "Stylin"!
Today Mom dressed Alyssa, Bibiana and Valencia in pink outfits and Noah in a blue one. They are quite a hit in the nursery in their new threads. Mom is becoming a pro in changing diapers around the monitor wires too. All of the babies ate well at their 2:00 feeding, either nursing or taking a bottle. It is such hard work for them, and they are exhausted afterwards and just want to be wrapped up and put down for a nap. It must be noted Valencia (see photo) got the prize today for the burp registering the most decibels, and her nurse expects her to be moved out of the incubator tomorrow. What a joy and a blessing it is to be a part of this beautiful experience with Mom and Dad. They are a faithful and courageous couple.

After much searching and deliberation, two double strollers with carseats and bases were purchased today. Thanks to all of you who contributed to this effort. Now the babies have a safe way to travel when they are released from the hospital.

  1. Your thoughtfulness is a reflection of God's Love. When someone does a kindness, it always seems to me that's the way God up in heaven would like us all to be. For when we bring some pleasure to another human heart, we have followed in HIS footsteps and we've had a little part in serving Him who loves us--for i'm very sure it's true that in serving those around us, we serve and please him, too. You guys have brought so much joy into our lives and that of our kids. Your thoughtfulness meant much more than any words can say. Now, Christ will make his home in your hearts as you trust in him. Your roots will grow down into God’s love and keep you strong. And may you have the power to understand, as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love is. May you experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully. Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God. Ephesians 3:17-19. Thank you for sharing the gift of your time with us and our family.
